Job Description
We urgently seek a full-time Customer Service Representative based in Lahore (Ferozepur Road near Gajjumata). Hours: 9 AM–6 PM. Salary: market-competitive (from Rs50,00/month).
- Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience (garments industry preferred); excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Responsibilities: maintain a professional, empathetic attitude; respond promptly across channels; resolve complaints; process orders, forms, and requests; keep accurate interaction records; know products thoroughly and provide service-improvement feedback.
