Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal and part of EMPG, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Lahore-based team. The CSR will be the primary client contact, handling inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and supporting sales and leasing processes.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person; maintain and update CRM records.
• Provide accurate property information, assist with documentation, follow up on leads, and resolve client concerns.
• Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree, customer service experience (real estate a plus), proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM, strong communication and organizational skills, reliable conveyance.
• Full-time; competitive salary (Rs40,00–100,00) with commission, health benefits, and allowances.
