Job Description
XRbusiness is looking for a talented Customer Support & Email Marketing Specialist to join our packaging division. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction through efficient order management and prompt resolution of inquiries. Your responsibilities will involve managing customer accounts, processing orders, and collaborating with various departments to provide top-notch packaging solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in customer service, outstanding communication skills, and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as ERP/CRM systems. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, and work will be conducted in person.
