Job Description

Webbuggs is seeking a results-driven Upwork Lead Generation Specialist to consistently source and qualify high-potential leads on Upwork. You will identify relevant projects, analyze job postings, shortlist prospective clients, maintain accurate lead records, and coordinate with Business Development and Sales to meet monthly targets.

• Requirements: proven Upwork lead-generation experience, understanding of Upwork algorithms and bidding strategies, strong written English, and familiarity with web, app, software, or game development.
• Preferred: experience with software houses, CRM proficiency, and ability to work independently during night shifts.
