Job Description
WBM Technologies in Lahore seeks a full-time Motor Winding Technician. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Salary: PKR 40,00–50,00.
The ideal candidate will have technical training or equivalent experience in motor winding and industrial motor repair. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, rewinding single- and three-phase motors, disassembling and inspecting windings, replacing coils, bearings and insulation, performing motor tests, maintaining tools, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Proven skills in copper winding, insulation techniques, and testing methods
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and strong troubleshooting aptitude
