Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibilities include maintaining employee records in our job bank system, organizing physical personnel files, assisting with new employee onboarding, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive HR information. Additionally, you will maintain HR databases, verify data accuracy, and support conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Ideal candidates should be at least 20 years old, possess an intermediate to bachelor’s degree, and have a minimum of six months of relevant experience. Female candidates are preferred. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of Rs 35,00.00 per month.
Work will be conducted in-person at our office.
