Job Description
Viper Group is in search of a qualified IT Support and Customer Service Engineer to oversee daily tasks involving the troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop, network, and office equipment. This role involves representing Viper at various customer locations and offices.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat; escalate complex concerns as necessary; and travel to client sites as required. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and possess strong communication skills in English.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday until 2:00 PM. Job Types: Full-time, Internship, or Fresher. Location: In-person.
