Job Description
Venus Group seeks an experienced, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead FMCG sales and distribution across an assigned territory. You will develop and implement sales and route-to-market strategies, grow market share, manage and coach regional teams, and strengthen distributor and key account partnerships.
- Key responsibilities: sales forecasting and budgeting, RTM execution, merchandising visits, collections and credit control, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, supply chain, and finance.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred); 5–8 years in FMCG sales with at least 2 years in regional leadership; strong distribution/channel knowledge; proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
