Job Description
Velosi is currently seeking a dedicated Proposal Coordinator for a full-time, permanent position based in Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, editing, and finalizing technical proposals and bid documents. This role requires collaborating with various teams, including technical, finance, and operations, to ensure compliance with RFPs and tender requirements.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive library of proposal templates, enforcing version control, and coordinating approvals from stakeholders. Candidates should possess a BSc in Chemistry or Physics, exhibit a strong command of English (both written and verbal), and be proficient in MS Office. Additionally, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
