Job Description

Variant Architecture is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to become a vital part of our team. This full-time position entails various responsibilities, including:

• Preparing and issuing monthly invoices for maintenance, utilities, and other services.
• Maintaining precise records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Tracking outstanding payments and generating aging reports.
• Entering transactions into the accounting system and reconciling accounts.
• Compiling monthly and annual financial summaries for management review.
• Handling petty cash and coordinating bank transactions.
• Assisting with both internal and external audits.
• Ensuring adherence to financial and legal regulations.

Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
