Job Description
Urban Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore. The successful candidate will promote and sell our residential and commercial real estate projects, generating leads through networking, digital platforms, and cold calling. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, delivering engaging presentations, negotiating agreements, and closing sales deals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required, along with 2–3 years of preferred experience in real estate sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.
