Job Description
Unze London is in search of a skilled Restaurant HR Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The selected candidate will spearhead human resources functions, focusing on employee relations, policy development, and compliance within the restaurant sector.
Requirements:
– Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or MBA with a focus on HR
– 6–8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a management position within the hospitality industry
– In-depth knowledge of labor laws and strategies for employee engagement
– Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
– Oversee HR operations and implement employee engagement initiatives
