Translation Empire PK is on the lookout for a committed and proactive Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Officer. This pivotal role involves the planning, coordination, and execution of CPD initiatives, ensuring that employees not only meet professional standards but also have access to essential development opportunities.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate training records, preparing CPD materials, and collaborating with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional organizational skills are essential. Additional certifications in CPD or HR will be considered a strong advantage.
