Tiltop Roofers Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Estimator & Insurance Report Specialist to manage roof estimations, damage assessments, and insurance reporting. The ideal candidate will create precise estimates, professional proposals, and comprehensive reports, supported by in-depth documentation and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually create roof sketches and generate accurate cost estimates.
- Prepare and send client proposals in a professional format.
- Conduct market research to ascertain current labor and materials rates.
Requirements: Candidates must possess experience in estimation or insurance reporting, exceptional analytical skills, familiarity with roofing materials, and outstanding communication abilities.
