We are seeking a meticulous People Operations Specialist to enhance our HR team. Your responsibilities will include managing payroll, tracking attendance, resolving grievances, and overseeing performance management, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure compliance reporting.
- Administer attendance systems and address employee grievances.
- Assist with performance management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
