Job Description
The Component Centre is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise entry, maintenance, and management of crucial business data using QuickBooks and specialized inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data from invoices and purchase orders.
- Manage financial information within QuickBooks.
- Monitor inventory levels effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy through verification.
- Organize and maintain source documents.
- Assist in generating reports.
- Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information.
