Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for HR & Rewards (RHR) to support HR operations, recruitment, rewards, and employee relations while assisting the HR Manager in policy implementation, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
- Lead employee engagement and relations initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, minimum 3 years of HR experience, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills; knowledge of labor laws and HRIS preferred. Join us to enhance HR processes and promote a positive workplace culture.
