Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Officer to strengthen our IT operations. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and management of Microsoft Windows client operating systems, along with providing daily support to users. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing the latest methods for laptop and desktop deployments, managing IT inventory, and configuring both network and local printers.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
