Job Description
We seek an experienced Academic Area Manager to provide academic leadership and support to schools in the assigned area, ensuring delivery of quality education in line with TCF policies.
- Lead academic management of schools and a cohort of principals; oversee SSR improvement, fee collection, fleet, administrative and academic data functions.
- Maintain stakeholder relations with communities, parents, donors, and collaborate with other AEMs to share best practices.
- Strengthen principal and teacher quality through recruitment, appraisals, monitoring, classroom observations, and targeted improvement plans.
- Develop and implement area improvement plans (AIP) and targeted action plans for underperforming schools.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, minimum 3 years as a principal, strong English and Urdu, MS Office proficiency, excellent communication and analytical skills. Full-time, onsite.
