Job Description
Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is in search of a talented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate must hold a BBA, MBA, BS, or MS in Human Resource Management, and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage attendance entries
- Oversee payroll processing
- Handle overtime, advances, and leave management
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Compensation: Competitive salary of Rs. 60,00 – 70,00 plus attractive benefits.
