Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Night Shift Call Center Agent to manage inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and accurately document interactions. The role requires clear English communication, sound problem-solving, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while multitasking.
- Schedule: Overnight, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with rotating weekends
- Experience in call center or customer service preferred; training provided
