Job Description

We are seeking a professional HR Executive to support HR functions at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, training coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance to maintain a productive workforce.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and accurate employee recordkeeping.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and daily HR operations.
• Address employee relations, conduct investigations, and support performance management.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3–4 years HR experience (manufacturing preferred); solid knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations; excellent communication and organizational skills.
