Job Description
Sunuba Salon is actively seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager (females only) to enhance our team. In this role, you will manage all incoming landline and mobile calls to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments from various sources, warmly welcoming clients, providing clear information on services, pricing, and discounts, assisting with upselling, and maintaining accurate client records.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with basic software systems is preferred.
