Job Description

We are hiring confident and results-driven Call Center Representatives for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting U.S.-based patients, verifying eligibility, and assisting in the qualification process while maintaining compliance and professionalism.

Location: PECHS 2, Karachi

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. patients for DME qualification
• Verify patient information and insurance eligibility
• Educate patients about prescribed medical equipment
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Follow HIPAA and company compliance guidelines
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong listening and objection-handling abilities
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Sales or DME call center experience is a plus
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
