Job Description
Spell Engineering seeks a full-time, in-person Client Success Representative (B2B) for the night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM). Responsibilities include making outbound calls to US-based contractors, presenting pre-construction estimation services, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM records, coordinating follow-ups to secure conversions, and liaising with sales and estimation teams.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior B2B sales or outbound calling experience is preferred. Strong verbal communication, confidence engaging decision-makers, and familiarity with the US construction industry are advantages. English proficiency is required.
