Job Description
Sovereign Services is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our BPO team on a full-time basis. In this role you will handle talent acquisition to satisfy client staffing requirements, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, excellent multitasking ability, and effective problem-solving skills.
