Job Description
We seek an experienced Operations Team Leader for a US-based ACA/Medicare/FE/MVA campaign, full-time onsite in Islamabad (I-9/I-10). The role requires leading and coaching call center agents to achieve performance targets and maintain quality standards.
- BPO/call center experience
- Proven team-building, coaching, and leadership skills
- Minimum 6 months in a similar leadership position
- Strong communication and performance management abilities
