Job Description
SKC JAPAN in Karachi is seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Support Representative for the East Caribbean market. This full-time, in-person position works evenings, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM PKT. Duties include converting inbound and outbound leads into vehicle sales; providing phone, chat, and email support; managing post-sale care; and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in sales or customer support, be comfortable with international clients, and be available for evening hours. Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs100,00 per month. Benefits include a competitive base salary plus high commission, free dinner during shifts, weekends off, and a collaborative work environment.
