Job Description
Simcoe IT is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!
Employment Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: Near Misaqul Mall, Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad
Compensation: PKR 40,00 – 50,00 + Recurring Commission ($160 per placement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial interviews to final offer.
- Develop a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Collaborate with US teams to ensure timely placements.
- Maintain precise records in ATS/CRM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 years of experience in US recruitment.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
