Job Description
SIAC Waste Management Services is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will oversee daily attendance management, track worker attendance records, and maintain accurate employee files.
Your key responsibilities will encompass preparing monthly attendance reports, facilitating the opening of employee bank accounts, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee grievances. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient HR operations in both rural and urban environments.
This position is available in Chunian or Pattoki. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience, is required.
