Job Description
We are seeking a Winback and Collections Specialist to re-engage lapsed customers and recover past-due balances through respectful, persistent outreach via phone, email, and SMS. The role includes negotiating payment plans, documenting interactions in the CRM, meeting recovery targets, and collaborating with billing and legal teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in collections or customer retention and basic financial literacy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, KPI-driven performance, and handling sensitive data with professionalism under pressure.
