Job Description
Rm-SALT is in search of a dedicated Garments Floor Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our production floor. The ideal candidate will effectively oversee production flow, conduct comprehensive quality checks, manage inventory, and foster seamless teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess strong knowledge of different fabrics.
- Have an understanding of garments stock lots.
- Experience in goods checking and packing processes.
- Capable of preparing and managing inventory control reports.
- Exhibit excellent team coordination and workload management skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the garments industry.
- Intermediate education or higher.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
