Job Description
Right Room seeks a dedicated Virtual Property Manager to remotely support UK landlords and tenants. The role involves managing listings, inquiries, viewings, tenancy applications and referencing, digital paperwork, basic maintenance coordination, and CRM record-keeping while providing exceptional customer service.
- Full-time, 12-month contract with remote working, performance bonuses, and development opportunities
- Salary: Rs50,00–Rs60,00/month
- Required: lettings or property management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Preferred: familiarity with UK rental legislation and remote property duties
