Full-time position, PKR 75,000–100,000/month. Lead and scale ecommerce operations for UK, Canada, and USA markets. You will own store performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, conversion rate optimization, average order value, and core KPIs (revenue, conversion, ROAS, retention). Coordinate international order fulfillment, customer experience, and multi–time‑zone operations while collaborating with marketing on paid ads, email, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements: proven international ecommerce experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon); understanding of cross‑border logistics and customer expectations; basic paid‑ads and analytics skills; strong problem‑solving and results orientation.
Preferred: experience scaling international brands, returns management, payment gateways, and Shopify automation.
