Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level customer support via phone and WhatsApp.
• Resolve software-related inquiries and assist customers effectively.
• Maintain data accuracy for restaurant menus, pricing, and personnel.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, experience in customer support, strong computer proficiency, and effective communication skills in both English and Urdu.

Salary: Rs30,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month.
