Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) automations
• Create and optimize workflows, triggers, pipelines, CRM automations, funnels, and campaigns
• Develop and maintain Email, SMS, and WhatsApp automations
• Handle integrations with third-party tools and platforms
• Work across multiple niches such as real estate, healthcare, e-commerce, coaching, and agencies
• Identify automation gaps and suggest process improvements
• Ensure automation accuracy, performance, and reliability

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven hands-on experience in GoHighLevel automation
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and automation logic
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in GHL automations
• Must be available for onsite work (this is not a remote position)
