Job Description
Redex IT Limited is actively seeking a qualified HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage ticket resolution processes, perform timely reporting, and assist in engineer recruitment. Key responsibilities include efficiently resolving service tickets, updating systems on a monthly basis, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in IT service delivery, excellent communication skills, and strong technical abilities are required.
