Job Description
We are seeking an Account and Bidding Executive to oversee client accounts and lead competitive bid processes. Responsibilities include preparing persuasive proposals, coordinating with sales, finance, and delivery teams, analyzing RFP requirements, developing pricing and win strategies, and ensuring timely bid submissions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in account management, tendering, or digital/media bidding, strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadline-driven projects. Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal tools is preferred. A proactive, client-focused mindset is essential.
