Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is on the lookout for a committed HR Officer to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks within a dynamic environment. Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills are crucial to ensure compliance among employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create job descriptions and oversee the hiring process.
- Provide orientation and training for new hires and existing staff.
- Evaluate employee performance and overall job satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Effectively manage payroll and employee benefits.
- Keep precise employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
