Job Description
QwikFone is looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of remote, part-time Bookkeeper & Admin Coordinator. This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, spread over four hours each day from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify outgoing expenses against receipts or invoices.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely payments.
- Categorize transactions and conduct bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the accounts team and suppliers.
- Provide support for administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Must reside in Pakistan, preferably in Islamabad, Lahore, or Faisalabad.
Salary: Rs65,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
