Your key responsibilities will include cultivating partnerships with shippers and carriers, negotiating transportation rates, managing the freight process, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

Requirements: A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in freight brokerage, a comprehensive understanding of the freight industry, and sharp negotiation skills are essential.
