The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our exceptional service standards by evaluating calls, offering constructive feedback, and supporting training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate calls, assess communication quality, offer performance feedback, collaborate on improvement strategies, and generate detailed reports.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of quality control experience within a contact center, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in call monitoring tools and Microsoft Excel.
