Job Description
Prime BPO5 is seeking experienced Senior Customer Service Officers for a US-night campaign. As a Customer Engagement Specialist you will manage sales, verification, and closings. Candidates must have 1+ year of US call center sales experience, excellent English communication, and strong closing and negotiation skills. This is a night-shift, in-person role on a 12-month full-time contract.
- Salary: Rs75,00–Rs200,00 monthly + uncapped bonuses
