Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for the afternoon shift to deliver professional support via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, document interactions, and escalate issues as required.
- Meet established performance targets while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
- Requirements: strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, basic computer literacy; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Schedule: afternoons, Monday–Friday (specific hours to be discussed during interview).
