Job Description
We are seeking an organized and reliable Asset Control Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s asset register. The successful candidate will track asset movements, perform regular audits, coordinate repairs and disposals, and ensure adherence to asset policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate asset records and conduct periodic reconciliations.
- Coordinate repairs, disposals, and inventory audits with cross-functional teams.
- Use asset management software and advanced Excel to generate reports.
- Communicate with stakeholders and support compliance initiatives.
Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience in asset or inventory control; degree or diploma in business or finance preferred; strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
