Job Description
Location: Kashif Center, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. Hours: Mon–Sat — Females 10:00 AM–6:00 PM; Males 6:00 PM–3:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
- Search and submit tailored bids on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- Draft custom proposals, clarify project scope, and negotiate terms.
- Maintain and track a healthy bid pipeline; coordinate with the technical team on deliverables and follow-ups.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in BBA, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (A/O Levels preferred). Upwork bidding experience is desirable; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong web development understanding and excellent written and verbal English are required.
