Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee product inspections, sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Duties include incoming and in-process inspections, analysis of test results, defect identification, and coordination of corrective actions with production and engineering. The role maintains quality records, updates procedures, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent) and 2+ years of QC experience;
- Familiarity with ISO standards, basic statistical tools, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills;
- Proactive, organized, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
