Job Description
Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd, a reputable organization located at our Sardodha Branch, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and shortlist resumes and applications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Maintain comprehensive records and reports of recruitment activities
- Availability for night shifts is required
- Supervise daily operations within the HR department
- Manage employee attendance and compensation
Compensation & Benefits:
- 22 working days per month
- Performance-based bonuses
