Job Description

NATURETECH PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced IT & Systems Manager to spearhead the implementation of our ERP systems, manage secure databases, and deploy effective project management tools. This role is essential for ensuring seamless IT operations, providing troubleshooting support, and training staff to enable successful digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and customization of ERP systems.
• Oversee secure databases while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Configure and optimize project management tools such as MS Teams and Jira.
• Offer technical support and provide user training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT systems or ERP management.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities.
