Job Description
Naqdi is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service Executive to provide high-quality customer and back-office support. Applicants must have proven experience in customer support or back-office roles, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and customer service platforms. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent attention to detail, effective time management, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: experience with KYC verification, familiarity with support quality assurance, and flexibility to work varied hours.
- Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs55,00 per month.
